Finding a pet friendly building can a difficult task!

One can easily become overwhelmed by the amount of choices and the time required in finding the property that meets everyone’s needs, including the four-legged family members. Whether or not pets are allowed is a serious dilemma for dog owners who are planning on moving or considering expanding their family with a loyal pet friend.

Due to a high demand in Miami’s city lifestyle, an abundance of residents are now sharing their amenities,
not only with their fellow neighbors, but also with their dogs/cats. This growing demand has resulted in many residential condominiums placing new restrictions and amending their pet policies. Buyers/tenants of pet owners need to familiarize themselves in advance with the building’s restrictions on pet ownership.

Of the condominiums that allow pets, there are also many levels of pet guidelines ranging from weight and breed restrictions, policies about barking, keeping dogs on leashes, proof of up-to-date vaccinations, and the number of pets you’re permitted to own. Additionally, although a building might be pet-friendly, tenants will also need to have the landlord’s approval in writing, along with customary pet security deposit or fee. Blue condominium in South Florida’s Edgewater community stands out from the crowd. The Blue building does indeed have distinctly blue architecture, but it’s the fantastic location that makes the unique Blue condo deserving of the name it goes by. Other condominium’s such as Ugo Colombo’s prized and exclusive Santa Maria condominium and Bristol Tower condominium are located on Miami’s prestigious Brickell Avenue. Both have no pet restrictions for either tenant or owners. Conveniently located just steps from both Santa Maria condo and Bristol Tower condo is 1814 Brickell Park and World Trade Center, a family and pet friendly park that offers lush landscaped areas, an elevated central grass court, and children’s playground. It’s the perfect place for the whole family to have fun and play or just spend some time enjoying Miami’s great year-round climate.

The Grove Isle condo is in one of Miami’s best neighborhoods, sitting on a land mass called Fair Isle. The 500 residents are spread out over the three Grove Isle condos. Living on a 20-acre man-made island has its privileges. The Grove Isle resort living experience includes 11 green-clay tennis courts, 111-slip marina, restaurants, lounge, two gyms, three heated pools, valet parking, 24 hour security, private club, spa, hair salon, children’s playground, and it’s very own dog park! Additionally, residents and mascots of Grove Isle Condominium in Coconut Grove can enjoy a relaxed lifestyle and take long walks on a dedicated waterfront walking path circling the island that’s filled with lush tropical gardens, trees offering shade, and colorful art sculptures. Pet restrictions include a maximum weight limit of 25 lbs and three year lease commitment for renters.
