<p class="font_9">The long-anticipated Sunny Isles Beach collaboration between the Armani Group, Dezer Development and the Related Group was made official in a written announcement released on Tuesday. Armani/Casa Interior Design Studio and the developers are partnering on a 60-story condo tower dubbed Residences by Armani/Casa in Sunny Isles. Argentine architect Cesar Pelli designed the 260-unit luxury project at 18975 Collins Avenue. The group hopes to finish the tower in 2016.</p>
<p class="font_9">“Armani/Casa was born from my desire to see my design aesthetic at work in interior spaces,” Armani Group president and CEO Giorgio Armani said in a written statement. “On a project like this where we have the benefit of partnering with a talented architect like Cesar Pelli, we get the opportunity to create something really very special – a remarkable living space, imbued with the spirit of modern elegance.”</p>
<p class="font_9">Gil Dezer’s firm has formed alliances with powerful international brands for its Sunny Isles developments. The company teamed up with Porsche for the luxury Porsche Design Tower at 18555 Collins Avenue. — Eric Kalis</p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>At <strong>Miami Condo Living</strong> we understand the challenges that pet owners encounter when searching for the perfect condo in Miami.  One can easily become overwhelmed by the amount of choices and the time required in finding the property that meets everyone’s needs, including the four-legged family members.  Whether or not pets are allowed is a serious dilemma for dog owners who are planning on moving or considering expanding their family with a loyal pet friend.</p>
<p>Due to a high demand in Miami’s city lifestyle, an abundance of residents are now sharing their amenities,<br />
not only with their fellow neighbors, but also with their dogs/cats. This growing demand has resulted in many residential condominiums placing new restrictions and amending their pet policies.  Buyers/tenants of pet owners need to familiarize themselves in advance with the building’s restrictions on pet ownership.</p>
<p>Of the condominiums that allow pets, there are also many levels of pet guidelines ranging from weight and breed restrictions, policies about barking, keeping dogs on leashes, proof of up-to-date vaccinations, and the number of pets you’re permitted to own.  Additionally, although a building might be pet-friendly, tenants will also need to have the landlord’s approval in writing, along with customary pet security deposit or fee. <span lang="EN">If you are looking for a condo in Miami that will be enjoyable for you and your pet, here are a few of our favorite ones:</span></p>

At the <strong>Blue</strong> condo, dogs can enjoy regular walks at the nearby dog park and even get pampered with goodies from the “treat jar” at the front desk.</li>

<p><strong>What’s your style? </strong>Although very eclectic, I call my style modern glam, a mix of modern design with Hollywood glam: from bold colors to flashy chandeliers.</p>
<p><strong>What design tips do you recommend when living in an apartment?<br />
</strong></p>

<strong>#1</strong> Buy furniture that fits the scale of the apartment. For small spaces you don&#8217;t want to buy pieces that are too big because it makes the room smaller than it actually is.</p>
<p><strong>#2</strong> Buy dual purpose pieces. When buying, think of things that can serve as furniture but also as storage, or for example, I bought a bench that I placed against a wall with an over sized canvas hanged above it, this is a visually interesting cozy area, but since I do a lot of entertaining, I place the bench by the dining table and it fits additional guests at the table.</p>
<p><strong>#3</strong> Don&#8217;t be afraid to use color whether on the wall or as an accent, be creative and enjoy the coziness of small spaces.</p>

<p><strong>What do you love most about living in a high rise building?</strong></p>
<p>I love the view that high rise condos provide, to me that is always the big selling point, especially those with ocean front. It&#8217;s peaceful up here.</p>

<p>I love the <em>Daily</em>, it&#8217;s a block down, they have amazing food and it&#8217;s a great spot to have breakfast on a Sunday morning while reading the newspaper.</p>
<p><strong>Whats&#8217; your favorite neighborhood getaway?</strong></p>
<p>I love the park in front of the building. You can walk around; see your neighbors walking their dogs, socialize with others or have a nice picnic. It reminds me the idea of Utopian living.</p>
<p><strong>What you love most about living in Miami?</strong></p>
<p>Miami is home. It&#8217;s a one of a kind place: culture, fashion, fine dining and of course beautiful people, it’s where urban meets paradise. <em> </em></p>
